Stitch Resist Tie Dye Workshop
Craft has always been part of my life, but it became something deeper when I found myself working in a corporate job and craving a creative outlet. Making time to create became my escape, a way to switch off, reset and reconnect with something tangible. Now, I’m passionate about helping others rediscover what craft can do for them. It’s not just about making something, it’s about switching off, experimenting, surprising yourself and walking away with a real sense of pride.
While travelling in Yunnan, I learned a traditional tie dye technique with a history stretching back centuries. In this region, dyeing methods have been passed down through generations, rooted in careful craftsmanship and cultural identity. It completely changed how I saw textile craft. The patterns were intricate, intentional, and beautifully refined, a world away from the messy versions many of us tried as kids.
In my workshops, I create space for people to explore their creativity in a relaxed, social way. The beauty of tie dye is that no two pieces are ever the same. Each person leaves with something completely one of a kind. It’s stylish, modern and uniquely yours.

With its uplifting message of solidarity and acceptance, this film is sure to leave a lasting impression on your heart.

PETE THE TEMP'S ROMANTICS, MYSTICS & REVOLUTIONARIES (60 mins) The Romantic movement rose as an act of defiance — against empire, industry, and the mechanisation of the soul. Expect laughter, intrigue and rapture in this fascinating storytelling stageshow.
LITTLE SWIMMERS - Camden Fringe -16th-20th August
CAMDEN FRINGE!
Little Swimmers is a darkly funny hybrid of theatre, stand-up, and storytelling about one man’s hilariously messy quest to become a father. Battling his own body, a bewildered urologist, and an embarrassing admiration for Tom Cruise, he spirals through fertility clinics, panic, and moments of unnecessary humiliation.
What starts as a simple plan to have a baby quickly turns into a chaotic obsession involving babies, spiralling self-doubt, and a growing suspicion that everyone around him became an adult years ago. As the pressure builds, so does his desperation to hold onto control, dignity, and the last scraps of his shrinking masculinity.
Absurd, personal, and painfully honest, Little Swimmers is a show about failing bodies, fragile egos, and the strange stories we tell ourselves when life doesn’t go to plan. A funny, raw, and slightly unhinged look at modern manhood, growing up, and what happens when your swimmers refuse to cooperate.

Expect a handpicked line-up of exciting comedians across stand-up, improv and musical comedy. Each show on this limited run is as unique as it is hot and hilarious. You won’t want to miss this. LGBTQ+ Meetup
Looking to meet more LGBTQ+ people? Join us at The London Art Bar for our regular meet-ups hosted by LAB co-founder Gareth.
Now in our fourth year, our meet-ups are all about meeting new people, making friends, and having a good time in a queer-friendly space.
The meet-ups have a very relaxed vibe with background music at just the right volume for chatting to people! There are also some boardgames on the shelves if people fancy playing them. Feel free to bring your own!
I (Gareth) try my best to greet everybody, but this is of course easier at the beginning of the event. If you are ever stuck, say hello to our friendly bar team who can point you in my direction.
Come by yourself or bring a friend :)
