Join us for an art-themed comedy night, including a panel discussion with some of the UK’s funniest people talking about the some of the world’s most famous artworks.

After beginning as a YouTube series in Lockdown #1, Art Laughs is now a thriving IRL comedy night. Hosted by curator and comedian Verity Babbs, the series saw some of the UK’s funniest people interviewed about a work of art of their choice.

Now Babbs and friends are hitting The London Art Bar for a night of art-themed stand-up, songs, and a panel discussion about all things art.

And we are also delighted to confirm that delicious savoury and sweet crêpes will be available on the night - and your ticket will include all the pancakes you can eat!

Verity Babbs is an art critic, curator, and comedian from Northampton. She graduated with a BA in History of Art from the University of Oxford in 2019.  Her writing focusses on making the contemporary art scene more accessible, and encouraging us to loosen up a little within the typically earnest and academic Fine Art industry.
